About Us

The Ottawa Catholic Child Care Corporation (OCCCC) is a non-profit organization offering non-denominational child care programs for children aged 18 months to 12 years.

We operate 22 licensed child care sites throughout the Ottawa area. Our centres are all located in schools operated by the Ottawa Catholic School Board.

Organization

The Ottawa Catholic Child Care Corporation (OCCCC) has a board made up of community members. Daily operation of the OCCCC is facilitated by the Child Care Services Department.

Celebrations

We believe in taking time to celebrate success. Staff milestones including service awards and educational achievements are honored at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Additionally staff are recognized by both peers and management throughout the year and at the AGM for activities of kindness, support and dedication.

Lindsay's Bright Light Awards

These employees were nominated by their peers and chosen by the Directors to receive awards (bracelets and a day off) for exemplifying the Corporation’s philosophy and Program Statement in their daily work.

Community Helpers Award

Executive Director Holly Overhoff presents the pizza party gift bag to Shelley Malo on behalf of Lynwood Early Learning Centre, winner of this year’s Community Helpers Award.

The purpose of Community Helpers is to expand the children’s awareness of their role and the role of others in the community as well as to instill a lifelong interest in helping and interacting with members of the community.
